Welcome back to another Slow Sunday Letter! I hope you have had a slow and gentle week.
Full disclosure, I had an entirely different post lined up for today but I felt really compelled and excited to post this letter instead. This idea has been rumbling round my mind for a while…
I would like to invite you to join me during the month of June for a self care challenge!
In this week’s Slow Sunday Letter I am going to share with you a plan for a month of self care with prompts and ideas for each day in June. You can complete each challenge or just pick your favourite activities from each week. There are no rules. Do as many as you are able to, life happens and this challenge first and foremost is for you and should be fun.
I will be showing up in notes to encourage you along the way, and may even experiment with the chat/thread feature in Substack, and I hope we can all connect with each other in the comments. Please do reach out if you need anything or have any questions!
My hope is the challenge will be fun, light-hearted, encourage the habit of taking care of ourselves and help us learn which self care activities we like the most. So grab a cuppa, get cosy and let’s see what the month of June could bring!

Your challenge for June
Has happened none too soon
With detritus my house is strewn
But I'm going to declutter my room
And potter away with a broom
You are the one with whom
I am going to start singing a different tune
Generosity of Spirit I will croon
And avoid that feeling of doom
To your wonderful spirit I am not immune
Your Stack to me has been such a boon
Your content I most heartily consume
You are a beautiful angel it is safe to assume
Your challenge is accepted and quite opportune
Yassshhh I saw the items are all doable and not overwhelming. I'm in :)
