I burned myself out this January. It was so scary to feel my emotions all over the place but then I realised that I can be in control and actually prevent myself from reaching this state. Life is all about the little things. This week, I finally decided to take control of my life and be intentional towards prioritising my mental health. Your post came at such a right time. I’ve spent some time today planning a 3 day at home, mini ‘retreat’ so that I can really focus on my writing. I’m also looking forward to having some time out just for me, and your ‘reset routine’ post was just perfect timing for me! Thank you for all the ideas 🥰
